We reuse boxes as often as possible to save you money! If a new box is needed, prices are listed below.

xsmall box = $1.75

small box = $2.25

medium box = $2.75

large box = $3.25

xlarge box = $3.99

Standard: ≤ 12 inches on any side and ≤ 2 lb → no additional charge

Medium: 12–18 inches on any side or 2–5 lb → +$1.00 per unit

Small Oversize: > 18 inches on any side, > 5 lb, or classified by Amazon as Small Oversize → +$2.00 per unit

Overweight surcharge: Items weighing 10-20 lbs → +$3.50 per unit

Prior Approval Required:

• Items over 20 lbs or larger than 24 inches on any one side
• Please contact us so we can provide an accurate quote for your specific needs and ensure space is available.
  

📌Occasional low-volume inbound shipments of items over 5 lbs or larger than 18" are acceptable (5 units or less) but we do not accept bulk quantities of these items due to handling and storage limitations.

Do Not Send Large / Heavy Items Without Prior Approval.

Bin Storage:

• 27-Gallon Container - $10.00 per container per month
• First 30 days bin storage FREE

Pallet Storage:

• $45.00 per pallet per month
• First 14 days pallet storage FREE

Returns:

• Unprepped items (e.g., delivered damaged): $0.85 per unit 
• Prepped items: Charged at clients standard prep rate per unit.
• Minimum fee of $2.50 applies to all returns.
• Client must provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Disposals:

• Disposal fees are $0.55 per standard unit, or $2.00 per unit for oversize items.
